Notes on Mark making:

I noticed a change in mark making because of creating a work place. Earlier I was carrying my bag with my pen, laptop and sketchbook and a water bottle. And I would directly approach the wall, the space of working.  But today i went further and created a work place for myself.

A Work place means an intermediate space before executing the final mark. And today I set up a table as a workstation before applying the mark. My material ( pen / laptop / sketchbook etc) took up their own place around the table.

This meant I could halt, camp before hiking, ascending to draw on the wall.
